Auburn Point is a major mixed-use development located along Atlanta’s historic Auburn Avenue corridor. Developed in partnership with Integral Group, the project brings new residential density and commercial activity to one of the city’s most historically significant neighborhoods. The development includes residential housing, retail space, and structured parking organized within a contemporary mid-rise building that responds to the urban character of the surrounding area. The design carefully balances modern architectural expression with the historic context of the Sweet Auburn district. Residential units include a range of studio, one-bedroom, and multi-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate a diverse mix of residents. Interior layouts prioritize efficient space planning, natural light, and long-term durability while supporting modern urban lifestyles. Ground-floor retail spaces activate the street and provide opportunities for neighborhood-serving businesses, helping strengthen the local economic environment. Public-facing spaces were designed to enhance pedestrian activity along Auburn Avenue and create stronger connections to nearby cultural and historic landmarks.
