Each dwelling unit receives new appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and paint to create updated, durable living environments that support aging in place and everyday functionality. Improvements to the exterior façade strengthen building performance while maintaining the character of the existing structure. The first-floor amenity and staff support areas are reconfigured to improve usability and enhance shared community spaces for residents. Existing outdoor features, including landscaped garden areas and a resident-built gazebo, are preserved to maintain a sense of familiarity and identity within the community.
