Parish Grove is a 14-story residential modernization project providing 195 affordable one-bedroom units designed to enhance resident comfort while extending the useful life of the building. Originally constructed in 1979, the renovation includes comprehensive upgrades to interior finishes and major building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing improvements that increase efficiency, reliability, and long-term performance. Each dwelling unit receives new appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring, and paint to create updated, durable living environments that support aging in place and everyday functionality. Improvements to the exterior façade strengthen building performance while maintaining the character of the existing structure. The first-floor amenity and staff support areas are reconfigured to improve usability and enhance shared community spaces for residents. Existing outdoor features, including landscaped garden areas and a resident-built gazebo, are preserved to maintain a sense of familiarity and identity within the community. Through targeted upgrades and careful coordination, the project supports the continued availability of high-quality affordable housing while reinforcing long-term sustainability and livability.
