These upgrades contribute to long-term sustainability and reduced operational costs. Common areas were also reimagined to support resident wellness and social engagement. Renovations included upgrades to the fitness center, computer room, and wellness spaces, along with the addition of a new movie theater room and improved leasing and management offices. Through thoughtful modernization and accessibility improvements, the East Lake Tower renovation extends the life of this important affordable housing resource while creating a more welcoming and functional environment for senior residents.
