Mixed-Use Master Planning for a 220 acre site located approximately 1.35 miles from the Highway 61 south exit off Interstate 20 and also known as Carrolton Villa Rica Highway at the intersection of Highway 61 and Goldsworth Road. Referred to as Goldsworth Farm Park, a portion of the existing site, at the front entry, includes historic uses with certain structures and buildings listed on the National Historic Registry and is intended to act as a preservation site and will be considered for a re-purposed use as a significant and integral part of the overall proposed master planning effort for the site. Additionally, a historic CCC Camp is also located on the property, whose presence is intended to be respected and featured as part of the community's historic heritage. Other proposed uses that will be considered for the master planning of the site include a Regional Life Care Community, a variety of multi-family and single-family housing options, various commercial uses, as well as other additional community based uses to serve the immediate neighborhoods, as well as the Villa Rica community and general region.
