A new roller-skating rink for the College Park community that’s primary purpose is to serve as a resource and support program for youth. The building is located at the entry to College Parks’ downtown district. The Architecture massing, materials, and texture are all designed to dress up a typical warehouse style building and make it a statement piece for College Park and beacon for the community.
