Particular emphasis is placed on creating residential flats and mixed-use environments that support walkability and connectivity to nearby destinations, including the Atlanta University Center and Mercedes-Benz Stadium. Historic buildings along Walker Avenue are identified as anchoring elements that contribute to neighborhood continuity and provide a framework for compatible infill development.
