The multi-level parking deck is referred to as the GSFIC 35 Phase I Parking Deck with parking for approximately 591 cars encompassing 202,242 sf. of floor area. The project consists of a new, six level, parking deck adjacent to and coordinated with existing and proposed conditions around the New Stadium Project. Deck construction is to be precast concrete.
