The Dekalb-Peachtree Airport Administration Feasibility Study was conducted to assist DeKalb Peachtree Airport (PDK) and DeKalb County in determining the future anticipated growth and use of the existing Administrative Building and parking on their campus, this comprehensive feasibility study and report of the existing building was generated to address this need.

Most of the analysis of the current conditions was limited to visual inspection of the existing building. The report analysis avoided selective demolition or other more intrusive destruction in order to allow daily operations to continue uninterrupted. A few historic construction documents were located that aided in drawing some conclusions without intrusive methods also. In the case of structural and potentially hazardous material analysis, targeted physical inspections and testing were performed in selected areas as documented throughout the report.
