These include two landscaped amenity decks featuring a yoga lawn, outdoor kitchen, dining areas, fire pit, saltwater pool, and spa. Additional resident amenities include a state-of-the-art fitness center and a clubroom with a demonstration kitchen and lounge. Four levels of controlled-access parking are integrated into the structure, along with ground-level retail spaces that activate the surrounding streetscape.
