The project consists of a three story office building of approximately 30,000 GSF located in Atlanta, Georgia on a site containing approximately 3 acres. On-grade parking will be provided for approximately 60 automobiles. This site contemplates the use of shallow foundations. Emory Healthcare will be a leading tenant within the facility.
