The Aviation Administration Center at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport consolidates key administrative and operational functions into a centralized facility supporting one of the busiest airports in the world. The project provides modern office space and operational support areas for airport leadership and staff responsible for managing daily airport operations. The facility includes administrative offices, conference rooms, training areas, and collaborative workspaces designed to support coordination across the airport’s various departments. Flexible workspace layouts allow teams to adapt to evolving operational needs while maintaining efficient internal communication. Technology infrastructure plays a central role in the building’s design. Integrated communication systems, data infrastructure, and operational monitoring tools enable airport staff to coordinate complex aviation operations while maintaining security and operational continuity. The building’s design prioritizes efficiency, durability, and long-term maintainability. Energy-efficient building systems and high-performance building materials contribute to improved operational performance while supporting the airport’s broader sustainability goals. As part of Hartsfield-Jackson’s ongoing infrastructure modernization efforts, the Aviation Administration Center provides a contemporary workplace environment that strengthens the airport’s ability to manage large-scale aviation operations and future growth. This facility was part of a 9 year On-Call Joint Venture between Corgan and GVSA (C-GVS) with the City of Atlanta and the Department of Aviation.
