The area of study includes two parcels totaling roughly 60 acres off of Jonesboro Road in Atlanta. The scope of these parcels is graphically identified. The goal of this work is to create a vision of the site plan that will serve the owner in obtaining a Special Use Permit. A site plan will include setbacks, vehicular access points, surface and/or structured parking, and service and loading areas. Soft and hardscape areas will also be represented.
