Martin House Apartments is a four-story affordable housing community for seniors located in the Adamsville neighborhood of Atlanta. The renovation focused on improving unit quality, building performance, and shared amenity spaces to enhance the overall resident experience. The 153-unit project includes upgrades to a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, along with exterior maintenance to preserve the long-term durability of the building. Energy efficiency improvements include installation of new siding, energy-rated windows and baloncy doors throughout the building, contributing to improved comfort and reduced operational costs. Interior common areas and amenity spaces were renovated with updated finishes, and leasing and management offices were modernized to better support building operations, as well as additional and upgraded resident amenities to foster healthy living and community environment. The comprehensive scope supports safe, comfortable, and efficient housing for senior residents while extending the life of the existing structure.
